The White House announced this week that the government will be providing families free COVID test kits to help them stay healthy this year.  We are excited about the news and would like to encourage you to sign up on the White House website that will be announced this week. 

 

We encourage you to sign you and your family up for the free kits, as they are completely free and will be mailed to you at your home, or as directed, for convenient testing.

 

Anyone may sign up regardless of family budget or immigration status:  stay safe and healthy!

Convenient Testing at Home, for Free

Meanwhile, you also have the option to purchase the test kits yourself, online from retailers like Amazon.com or at a local store or pharmacy.  Your insurance should reimburse you when you submit your receipts, according to the new government guidelines.

While you may be able to get test kits for your family at a local clinic or the White House sign-up for mailed test kits, we wanted to share information about your local pharmacy regarding test kit availability.  We will be adding information about local and state pharmacies when we can, including those at your local supermarket or superstore

 

You may now pick up your free n95 masks at these pharmacies as well.

CVS is providing test kits for free via insurance reimbursement in addition to completely free vaccines and boosters.  You can also get a flu shot at their pharmacy. Test kits may be purchased in person at your local store or online on their wehsite.  Appointments are available through online sign up for vaccines and boosters as well as in person in your store.  You may also call your local store and ask for the pharmacy to make an appointment.  Go to their website to choose your free test kits for reimbursement or the direct link to vaccine sign up above, at http://cvs.com
